Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Regís Rum® purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@regisrum.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please email us with a photo and your order details within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns Due to the perishable nature of alcohol products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind unless the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened alcohol products.
